Has been working fine. I have put about 1KW rf through it. Would never recomond switching with that much power, but once switch it seem to handle fine.

Metal housing gives it a "good feel" to it. No apparent sound or reception loss on either of the connected radios. Using as a switch to choose what radio has access to the 1 outside antenna. Flush mount design but I raised it with stick on rubber feet. Swing out tab for ground or an extra hold down screw..

I have ordered several of these, and they have all been perfect. Amazon damaged this one by shipping it with other parts in a bag rather than a box.It’s beat up but works.

I had to even go show my son and tell him. THIS is how quality metal construction use to be back in the day. I highly recommend this and will likely be buying another or something similar, if offered. Great product.

A standard PL-259 connector cannot screw on to these because the receptacle for the center pin is too small. Not "a little too small" as in you have to push, but too small as in you'd need a hammer to maybe get it in, which would wreck the connector,the switch, or both.Maybe these two are just defective. I have no idea where the manufacturer would go to get SO239s that are made to some different standard. But there is literally no way to make these work. Back they go...
