Love it. Just as described. Saw results in just a week. It's a little awkward to get used to at first, but once you break it in it's a good work out. I just enjoy that I can do something while watching TV and have the ability to get a good workout in at home.

I love this product because it allows you to work at your own pace and for me I’m using it mainly for my upper body workouts.I suffer from arthritis and it’s difficult to work with actual weights now so this makes my upper body workouts,a whole lot more simpler.

This machine is great for shoulder and chest gains… Doesn’t do too well for bicep curls as you can’t get a full rep in… It takes up little space but it really works great for chest workouts, you can really see and feel it targeting the upper and lower muscles in your chest.

its kinda hard to bend. even using it as a thigh master it digs in as it hard to bend. got bruises on my leg. pretty much meta with crappy ass foam on the ends
