Our church safety team uses these in-ear headsets, and they work great! But after a two-three months of use on Sundays, they break down.I really wish I could find a longer lasting in-ear headset compatible for our radios.

I bought these to replace the lousy headsets that came with my Midland radios, which were horribly uncomfortable and would not stay in place. We use them for deer hunting so the ability to speak very quietly and still be heard was a concern. These were an outstanding upgrade. They are very comfortable and stay in place well, not perfect but very well. You can whisper and still hear each other. Well worth the investment.
