PRIMARY BALL
PRIMARY BALL has the same weight as the red ball and is a little softer than the red ball, but with different elastic cords. The ball will bounce back a bit slower than the red ball. Suitable for beginners.
ADVANCED BALL
ADVANCEO BALL weighs about 25 grams and is equipped with a white elastic cord. The rebound speed is a bit faster than the PRIMARY BALL. Suitable for training in the second stage of training.
PROFESSIONAL BALL
The PROFESSIONAL BALL weighs about 35 grams, which is about the same as the rebound speed of the red ball. As the ball is heavier, it must be used in the third stage of training.
What should I do if the spare rope is worn out?
Don't worry, each YMX BOXING ball has holes in the center and can easily complete the replacement of the spare rope without the need for any tools.
Each ball is equipped with a dedicated spare rope to replace, doubling the life of the appliance.

Ordered this for my family & we rec'd it yesterday. We had the most fun (and exercise). It's addictive. We had a hard time hitting the ball because we were laughing so hard. Cheapest fun we could ever have & safe at home!

Two nice headbands, 4 balls and extra string. 6 and 9 year old grandsons are having fun and parents too. I think this is a fun coordination and timing toy, we competed on how many times we could hit it. I bought one for hubby and me to play with too!

Ten or forty, this is great for hand-eye coordination and fits the bill as it is easy to pack and store, can be used inside or out, and is fun.It was a great gift that was well received.

Think of the old school punching balloon with the giant rubber band. That is exactly what this is but better. Fully adjustable with no flat tires. Only real issue is the adjustments are not well thought out at all. It's a string and an eye loop. Current expectation of customer: measure string and cut once (fully adjusted for single person use).

I bought these for my son's 12th birthday and he loves them! He enjoys playing with it outside and my daughter who is 10 is always interested in trying to play too. It's a bit harder for her but she's learned. We all try to see how many times we can hit it in a row. There are different balls to use. There is a training ball for when you start then a advanced and finally professional. I don't know the difference between them except for their colors. It's pretty hard to learn at first then you get the hang of it! Five stars!

El box se convirtió en uno de mis pasatiempos favoritos, tan pronto tuve dos sesiones en el gimnasio quedé enganchado completamente con el deporte. Debo decir que esta podrÃa ser la mejor compra que he realizado, la calidad y el rango de acondicionamiento fÃsico que te ofrece es muchÃsimo más de lo que podrÃas esperar. Llevo un mes utilizando el producto y no es nada aburrido, al contrario, mientras más lo uso mejor me vuelvo y más me divierto, y encima de esto estoy consiguiendo una condición increÃble. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Well packed and very complete set including clear instructions. The finishing and quality are better than I expected and I’m happy to have bought this set instead of fiddling around with a generic band and an old tennis ball.

Bought these when they were only £11, great fun, well made and in a lovely box, would make an ideal gift for around the ten to fifteen quid mark. You cant go wrong to be honest, four different levels of balls, some saw the elastic broke but i expect they smashed the hell out of it. I found the item to be of very good quality, does take some practice but once you get it its so much fun. I started using the back of my hands as larger service area then went on to using fists, give you a steady work out as well. There are so may of these on amazon but I am glad I got this one. Nothing wrong with it and at the price excellent value for money.
