It fell off the desk about 15 minutes after attaching it because the glue holding the magnet to the box wasn't strong enough. I had another organizer clamped on my desk but it was kind of bulky and extended really high over the side of my desk making it feel kind of claustrophobic. This is much more in line of what I originally had wanted, and so far it's working really well to that end.The overall construction on this is one flat metal piece formed/bent into shape. The quality of the material is pretty good, and it's holding up well, not deforming or falling apart in any way. The metal is on the thinner side though, and as a result where it clamps on when tightened down, there's a bit of a gap at the end of the prongs holding onto the desk. Over time as it loosens I've had to tighten it down which is kind of exacerbated that. In the 2nd picture of the listing it shows what I mean. It's not an issue for me, not causing any problems and I'm not really worried about it for the long term, just more of a if I had to nitpick, this is it. I think after that the plastic on the knob isn't really the highest quality, but it works well and hasn't caused any issues either.The magnet on the included cup is strong enough for it to hold light objects, a couple of pencils, though in my case I have other magnetic accessories I prefer (a headphone 'puck' and a couple of magnetic bt speakers). Those other magnetic items hold fast, really fast. It's almost work to pry them off. My favorite thing and ymmv here but, the grid is the precise right size to utilize pegboard accessories. Pegboards are basically my favorite organization setup, so I have lots of hooks and similar items on hand, and it's perfect for me to hang cables or use a larger pegboard cup.I kind of do wish it felt like it were slightly higher quality construction, but it's really not bad, sturdy enough for my iPad and some notebooks. My iPad with case rather magnetizes/sticks to the back, firmly, it's not going anywhere, so any shenanigans from cats isn't going to knock it over. Perfect. I think this is really my end-game desktop storage solution, as it really does everything I wanted or needed it to do. Stellar deal for the price for me.

I installed it on the side of my desk - works great! Holds my expandable folder and has stayed put. Very cute bear design. Easy to install. Very happy because it cleans off my desk.

Very sturdy and adjustable. It's metal, so it should be very durable (and it's also quite heavy). The pen cup is magnetic but the magnet is weal so the cup falls off easily.

This worked great for my kid's desk. The organizer clamped on easily and feels very secure on the desktop. My only complaint is that the pencil holder that came with it had the magnet fall off immediately off the box. I was able to glue to back on myself without much issue, but it was an added chore. Ultimately I ordered this for the cute organizer not that add-on pencil holder so I'm still happy with it.

A nice item that helps to clear my desktop (you know the old fashioned desktop, not the one that's on the computer!). Attached very easily to a lip on the desk and holds either a laptop or file folders very securely, but within easy reach for fast access.

This is super cute and a great idea, but my dumb self didn't think to realize that I don't have an edge on my desk to clamp this onto like it's supposed to be. That was user error and not the product, the product Is sturdy and came with no issues, no dents or stains and came with all the pieces.
