I’m starting college soon and invested in a laptop of course in order to do my course work, but for when I’m at home I wanted the ability to display my laptop screen on my pre-existing monitor that I use for my Xbox and switch. My monitor has 2 hdmi ports and one display port so I opted for the display port since the two HDMI’s were taken up and I was not disappointed. It works seamlessly with my Microsoft surface laptop 7 and I only had to go in settings to change a few things such as resolution/screen fitting as well as enabling 120hz (which this cord supports at 1080p) *though for me when I have both displays on simultaneously I’m unable to enable 120hz on my monitor, this might just be a user issue though and I’m unable to figure out how to fix it. It feels smooth with just my monitor on and I don’t have any issues with bugging or clarity issues. I chose the 3ft cord since I only need it for when I’m working at my desk and didn’t want a super long cord dangling, it can stretch long enough to reach the very end of my desk (should be visible in one of the pictures). Looks fine and simple, I don’t think it’s something that should stop anyone from buying. Nothing I can really complain about or nitpick.

I dont know how long such a cable is SUPPOSED to last but I thought I'd tell prospective customers that I bought a 6ft cable to connect my MacBook Pro to a Dell monitor in Aug 2020; it worked beautifully; until the last few weeks during which it started needing to be unplugged and plugged back in constantly to get it to work; then started just failing to get signal and a few seconds later spontaneously finding signal again; and then just died completely a couple of days ago, Nov 2024.FWIW I went ahead and bought another one (3ft this time, dont need the extra length), plugged it in just now and all is well. I mean, I guess 4 years was good enough for me? Actually I would have liked to get 5 years life out of it, but then I was too lazy to research what other cable is good. Hence bought the same one again. Will letcha know how long this one lasts.

I love this company / brand. They provide high quality items everytime.I have a laptop with a usb c port to display port into my monitor that I wanted to use for higher refresh rates. This worked perfectly. It was literally plug and play, and then I checked my display options to make sure I was getting the high refresh rates.

Good quality cable, does exactly what I needed of it. You will get 4k 60hz and 1080p 144hz. It feels nice (braided, and fairly flexible). I would order again.

Useful if you have a mac and need a cable to connect with a monitor. Also, DP is better than HDMI too, as it supports a higher bandwidth, needed for my 4k monitor. For windows, make sure your type c port supports display output, which is needed for the cable to work.

Répond parfaitement à mes attentes.Fonctionne avec mon MacBook Pro M1 de 2020 et un écran 4K@60Hz.Acheté pour remplacer un adaptateur USB-C vers HDMI, je suis très satisfait. Le fait de se connecter directement au MacBook fait moins "bordélique", et l'image est presque instantanée quand je branche le câble.Les connexions semblent solides et le câble tressé de très bonne qualité.Prix imbattable, à voir avec le temps je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui :-)

Ho avuto qualche problema di connessione quando il computer entrava in standby e saltuariamente perdevo il segnale video per il monitor. Ho contattato il servizio clienti che ha risposto nell’arco della giornata dimostrando sin da subito attenzione e disponibilità alla mia segnalazione. Ho avuto modo di scrivere alcune mail per chiarire e far capire la problematica e sempre ho avuto una risposta immediata. Nell’arco di due giorni abbiamo concordato sulla spedizione di un nuovo cavo che mi è arrivato in 24h. Nessun problema con il nuovo cavo che funziona molto bene. Il prodotto è di buona qualità e trasmette una sensazione di ottimi materiali. Direi che 5 stelle sono meritate dal prodotto ma se fosse possibile ne darei 6 meritatissime al servizio di assistenza.
