Customize your ride and update your worn out carburetor vent hoses with our Max-Flo Carburetor Vent lines available in over 15 colors. The ⅛” (3.2mm) ID hose offered by others is too small for the top/side vents. Our 4mm ID hoses are the same ID as factory hose and the correct size for the top hoop and side vents. Some bottom float bowl drains use the 4mm ID hose while others use a smaller ⅛” (3.2mm) ID hose. This kit includes 9’ feet of 4mm ID hose and 14” inches of 3.2mm hose (color may slightly vary due to the different size of the hose). The 4mm ID hose is uncut and will require cutting to custom lengths. This kit also includes one factory shrink (uninstalled) for the top hoop, 3 zip ties, and a sticker. Heat (away from all fuel sources) and pliers will assist with installation. Carburetor is for demonstration purposes and is not included.

Perfect hose kit to refresh a carb with both correct sizes. Zip ties and heat shrink too, i will deff be purchasing again. Awesome product.

Arrived fast and is perfect for the application. However, we're paying a very premium price for what amounts to neatly repackaged bulk tubing. Most folks are doing so to achieve a recreation of original equipment. Here, it falls down. The original factory set up has shrink in 2 places, either side of the carb. This kit would be perfect with another 1" piece of the shrink tubing. As it is currently, it's frustratingly incomplete for something so pricey.

These are the vent hose lines you want for KTM carbureted dirt bikes (Keihin PWK carbs), and they are made in the USA. You’ll see vent lines on amazon that are 3.0 or 3.2mm ID, which should fit the float bowl overflow, but are too tight for the rest of the vent lines. This kit includes the 3.2mm line for the overflow and 4.0mm ID line for the rest of the vents. The 4.0mm line is not pre-cut so you can route and cut the lines however you like. I run the upper vent lines into the airbox. I always choose the transparent lines so I can visually troubleshoot a clogged end.
