The strip worked great. It saved me $350 from the garage repairman who wanted that repair my bottom seal. We just stuck it on and it keeps the holes from the ripped bottom one from leaking through. We secured it with duct tape on the top.

The installation was easy. The quality of the product was excellent, and the adhesive stuck well. Since the installation, we have had no water in our garage.

The adhesive isn't adequate enough to hold its own weight, so I had to use roofing nails.

The product was exactly as advertised and very good. Unfortunately, my garage door still likes about1/4" coming all the way down to the cement floor on the side with the new garage door that we bought at Lowe's. I think we can use both of the strips on that one door and that will make the door come all the way down and seal the bottom since we don't need a seal on the old door. The old garage door comes down just perfect on the garage floor.

One of the worst products I've ever bought. Immediately falls off despite recommended prep. Take this off of Amazon.

Easy installation. My old seal was hard as a rock .

I need something different. Did not seal my gap as well as it should have..

I was worried this seal would need additional screws since I'm sticking it to bear wood on a barn door. I cleaned the wood well (lightly sanded it, then removed all the dust), and the seal material really stuck! Went through the whole summer, and it's heat, without falling off. Soft and flexible - has a spongy core, with a soft rubber skin. Won't stand up to much abuse, but seals well.
