It's very heavy and awkward. If constantly using your outdoor griddle it probably would work out for you. Storing it until use is not ideal for it's awkwardness.

This product is good, nice that you can fold it down out of the way, but I suggest that you be careful when you handle it. The edges and corners are very sharp.
