This rolling pin is very nice! Nothing sticks to it which honestly shocked me. The rings to help roll out dough thickness evenly on both sides are very nice and very easy to put on and take off… the dough scraper and cutter are nice tools as well… the cutter is SHARP SO BEWARE!!!! The baker's mat is also quite lovely… all in all, this is a very nice set to have!

I've just recently started making homemade tortillas and this has been a big help rolling out the dough. Easy to clean, easy to use, I love the pieces to change how thick you'd like to roll everything out. It's not too light and not too heavy, it's great quality for the price

This product is durable and works as described. The mat is a nice touch that makes cleanup after working with dough much easier. I didn't have a problem with the dough sticking to the mat either. The pin itself is well-made. The depth rings are easy to remove and replace. They help to really even out the dough.
