These are exactly what i need for extra bed frame support. I like that they are large and extremely sturdy. We needed something that would withstand high use and the occasional rambunctious kiddo who jumps on the bed since the beds are in a short term rental. These definitely work!

It came with extra parts, they sent double what I ordered and what it said was in the box. It works well to stabilize my bed and I was able to make it tall enough because my bed is a little tall.
