Upgraded 91538 Lighted Control Knobs
- 2 main 91538 burner control knobs for grills with "lighted" controls. Light is not included.
- 91538 Lighted Control Knob measures 2-3/8 inches in diameter. Fits 5/16 inch diameter shaft.
- To ensure you choose the correct replacement control knob for your grill, we recommend removing the original part and comparing it to what we list.
Installation Notes
- The installation of the knob is very simple, just insert it into the mounting hole to complete the installation.
- Kind tips: The 91538 is replacement for weber 91538 grill burner knobs. If replacing knobs on a 2007-2011 years, use part #70867.
- Please pay attention to cleaning during installation to avoid stains on the product that will affect the user experience after installation.
- Place a small amount of liquid soap (or similar) to the control knob valve stem shaft prior to installation.
- After installation, be sure to check whether the installation is in place. If it is not in place, the knob will not turn smoothly.

One of the original knobs on my Summit grill cracked after years of use and would no longer turn on the burner. I was shocked to see that buying one original knob was twice as expensive as buying two of these replacement knobs. The overall quality of the knobs appears to be the same as the original knobs and they work perfectly. The only thing to note is that the red image on the front of the knob is slightly different from the original knob - likely due to a copy write, but the knob still works perfectly.

These knobs look good but 3 out of 4 were much too loose when put on the gas valve. I used toothpicks to make a tight fit. I'm sure I'll be finding a better way

I usually give a lot of leniency on a product like this but unfortunately this product missed the mark on many aspects.Understandably, the logo is off, and that’s ok, it’s half the price of the original, so I will give it that.The description shows and describes a new and enhanced “ reinforced plastic insertâ€. This was absolutely not the case.The quarter/half/full flow gauge on the side does not align, nor is it accurate.Lastly the knob does not feel like it grips the brass valve stem nearly as well as the original and is fairly easy to pull back off. (Think accidentally).I gave it two stars because it functions as a knob and is able to turn my burner on.
