I got this to extend a Windows 11 mini-PC with one HDMI port to 2 additional monitors. For that it works very well. Simply plugged it in and it worked. It is small and had more limited functions than the bigger, more expensive hubs but if all you want is to extend a couple of monitors, this is a good, economical solution. I also tried using the USB ports for some memory sticks and those worked very well also.Next I tried connecting it to my Pixel 7a running Android 14. I couldn't get it to be a monitor for the phone although it did recognize the USB memory stick. I tried different cable and different monitors and it didn't make any difference. Then I tried my Fire HD 10. On that one nothing worked -- no monitor and no memory stick.So if you want this for Android, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you only want it for Windows then it is a good choice.

Working from home this USB c to dual monitor came so handy, so I can have several of my report on different monitor making my task easier to performed. Great adaptor good value.

I didn’t have a specific purpose in mind for this, I just thought it would be handy to have around. So far, I’ve tried to use it as mini type of Hub to extend to multiple monitors and found that it would only mirror them, not extend them… but it could be that I don’t have my new laptop set up correctly yet. I’ll try again when I have time to experiment. It has a solid feel and seems to be well made. The display was crisp and clear and I would consider this again if the need arose.
