I had an older VGA cord with a USB converter that went bad. I decided to try VGA to USB cord. I am much happier. My old set up used to blink out on occasion and it was very frustrating. I have not lost signal since I have changed over.

The product just works, and that is all there is to it. I am using it with Raspberry Pie and old HP monitor, and I have no problem with its picture quality. Since there are no moving parts involved, I am not worried about durability. With its low price, it represents a great value.

I bought this cable because rather than buying a brand new monitor with HDMI connections, I decided to use an old LG 23" I had laying around which has VGA connections. There is significant lag time when waking up my new Mac Mini M4 from sleep but I have no way of knowing if it's the cable causing this lag or the monitor itself. The cable is well made, fits perfectly in the USBC port as well as the VGA port. If you are looking for a quality cable I would certainly recommend this one.

My other cord just stopped working and I needed to connect my work laptop to my monitor. I bought this one and haven't had an issue since. The screen clarity is good, and I haven't experience any issues.
