Please Note: You can set Display, Resolution and Refresh Rate on the General Setting.
Resolution can only reach up to 1920*1080/60HZ when connecting three monitors at the same time. It’s not suggested to do so. But if you need to do so, please turn off the laptop screen( Click“Second screen only”) after connecting.

Kind Tips:

- Display Problem: If you connect VGA and HDMI1 ports simultaneously, the 2 monitors will be limited to show the same screen.
- Due to the process of EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication, once you plug the monitors, it might blackout screen for a few seconds. The recovery time depends on the and monitor (1 minute at max)

I made the mistake of ordering and expensive HP docking station twice and they didn't work on my HP laptop. In a last ditch effort I purchase this so I could have 2 monitors connected to my laptop for work. I couldn't even get support from HP to help...Like magic this USB docking station worked perfect. It was easy to set up and didn't require an extra outlet on my power strip. Save some money, a headache and order this if you want to easily connect your monitors.

4.5 stars; works well but not perfect; worth the price. Overall, I recommend it.How I'm using it: I have it connected to a lightning port on a windows laptop via the included USB-to-USB-C adapter. I also have two external screens connected via HDMI cables and dongles for both a wireless mouse and keyboard connected through the two USB ports.Pros:*The picture on all three screens is just as good as when I plug the monitor cables directly into the laptop.*The mouse and keyboard work.*It is very easy to switch the external set up between laptops by moving the one docking station cable. I use both a personal and work computer, and this is the key reason I wanted a docking station.*I did not need to download any drivers or software; just plug and play.*Price is lower than similar models.*Love the fun colors.*I have not needed to plug the docking station into its own power source; it is running fine just by being plugged into the computer.Cons:*There is occasionally some latency with the mouse and/or keyboard that I hadn't noticed when the dongles were connected directly to the laptop. But it doesn't happen often and resolves after a minute or two.*I wish the docking cable were natively USB-C. The adapter is fine, but it's an extra piece that might get lost and it is ever so slightly wider than fits comfortably next to the power cable on one of my laptops where the two lightning ports are right next to each other.Neutral:*It doesn't charge the laptop, so you still have to have a separate power input. If your laptop won't send a display connection out of a USB port and it only has one lightning port and you need to have it plugged in, I don't think this will work for you. My laptops both have two lightning ports.*I have not used the memory card inputs or headphone or microphone jacks on the docking station, so no comment on those.

Works great with my MacBook Pro. Downloaded the DisplayLink software as the directions said, went through a couple of steps and both HDMI monitors were recognized. I also have a mouse/keyboard combo and external HDD.

This dock was intially plugged in to my laptop fan and it did indeed allow for thumb drives, ethernet connections, and additional usb devices to function. but i attempted to plug in my hdmi monitor and it started experiencing intermitent connectivity until I wiggled the docks connection enough. The monitor never functioned correctly though. When attempting to connect the dock directly to my laptop it did not provide enough through-power to even run the laptop fan and would not read thumb drives.Conclusion: this device is not rated to power very many devices simultaneously, not even a single monitor, despite having two hmdi ports. Therefore it fails as a dock.

Worked perfectly to extend my hp laptop to 3 screens. My laptop has a type c data only port. This allowed me to use standard usb for the adapter allowing multiple hdmi. Much cheaper than a dock.

This docking station has all you need for connecting to external monitors, USB flash drives, SD & TF cards and ethernet!The color purple is very nice looking and is loaded all around with available connections: You can connect to a monitor via 2 X HDMI ports or with a VGA port, there's an ethernet LAN port if you want to be wired in to an internet connection, there's a full-size SD card slot as well as a TF card slot, it has a 3.5MM headphone jack and one for a microphone as well, 2 X USB 3.0 ports, and a USB-C port for charging!It connects to a device primarily through USB-A, but it has a USB-A-to-C plug for convenient connection direct to a computers' USB-C port that is the standard nowadays. The package also comes with a separate USB-A to USB-C cable.This has you covered for any sort of connections you may come across!

Works well as a hub for my Surface pro which only has one usb port. I was able to connect peripherals, wireless mouse and webcam, and I tested with hdmi and VGA for dual monitor. I was able to do a vertical screen as well on one monitor. I tested transferring files off my SD card to my desktop and got around 21 MB/s (this is with monitors connected and wireless mouse connected as a reference for what is going through the usb hub).In terms of build quality, it looks clean and professional, I like the texture that prevents easy/ noticeable scratches. It does feel a little hollow which might be a pro or con depending on what you care about. It is light and small which makes it extremely portable. I took one of the photos with a mouse for size comparison.The cable is long enough that it can come out of the surface pro and sit on the table (so it isn't dangling). Some cable routing and planning is required due to the directions of the connections.In my opinion, its a good light hub to travel with or to mount to a desk so you can connect different laptops or devices to it. I like it comes with both regular USB and with USB-C options.
