The first set of lights I got were broken- you could hear rattling coming from within the bulb and see the wire was disconnected.But contacting customer service was easy, and the sent out a new pack that had no concerns!The bulbs did take a little time to be fully lit- they started off with half the bulb with light, but when they warmed up they completed out the bulb. So far no issues with the brightness and appears to do the job perfect for my reptiles- checked with a heat temp gun.

Got these Reptiking UVB lights for our tortoise Gigi. Comes in a 2-Pack 10.0 24W UVB Bulbs. Which is great because these lights have a tendency to just stop working. Have to change them every six months anyways but I just dont like to run to the store if it suddenly stops. So was very happy that it came in pairs.The UVB bulb is essential for any reptile health and growth. It helps in metabolizing calcium for healthy bone growth while in captivity. Which is VERY important.

These bulbs were not nearly as bright as other uvb bulbs I ordered of the same wattage. Not pleased with those. Would not recommend just based on the brightness. Very very dim. Almost a dusk type of light in

These lights are working well. They are being used to my turtle. From the guage I have they appear to be working properly.
