I like the price and ordered two; but when I received them, I expected them to be able to hand most or all of the current with which they were rated. I'm using them for an HF antenna switch box that will be transmitting relatively high RF power (300~500W) into a 50-ohm load, so the switch's current rating was important. When I tested the contact resistance, they were not near ZERO! I needed to tighten the contacts and douse with DeOxit for reduced contact resistance. Additionally, touch the switch lightly and it jitters (insecure connection). I see this on my SWR meter, so I do not have full confidence that I won't blow out my equipment if this resistance jitters while I an transmitting. All in all, it is working, but my equipment will suffer much greater $$damages if this switch jitters while I transmit. I will likely need to spend more on a higher quality switch in the meanwhile.UPDATE: Well I believe I was too complacent with this prediction. I ended up blowing out a perfect RM Italy 300W linear amp because of this switch. The contacts failed and jittered open during a long distance transmission and my amp smoked. I have since replaced the switch with a $50 switch. Expensive lesson on a mission critical component!

Bought this to switch cameras on my truck. Needed something with a long, metal stem so I could really tighten it down. This seemed like what I wanted. Examination showed the contacts were not designed to carry much current, but that was okay for my application. What I didn't like was the amount of effort it takes to move the switch from one position to another. Actually thought I was going to break the turn knob using it. Modified it so it was easier to turn (considerable amount of work). Should have shopped a little longer.

The knob that comes with it's useless even after screw it tight it slips away way to hard to turn with that knob. On 3d print parts ABS the whole system keeps turning even after tightening, the washer don't have a hook.

I used this to build several devices for switching low lever (radio) signals. After a few uses the switches all began to show intermittent operation. Look for better switches.
