Surface finish is so-so, and I can’t speak to concentricity, but for my application neither of these matter. I’m using this in a woodturning tool handle that uses interchangeable collets for tool holding (see photo). For under ten bucks, it’s perfectly serviceable.

Collet is .005 too small. If it hadn't been so inexpensive, I would have returned it.

A 13/16 inch collet should measure 0.8125". The first of these I received was 0.781". 0.8125 stock wouldn't fit in it. I asked for a replacement. The replacement is barely usable at 0.804".Edit: The seller has been in contact, offered a full refund and will contact their supplier about this matter. I'll likely still return the original and keep the replacement.
