These Knurled Insert Nut can be widely used on the injection for tightly fixing.
Can be installed by ultrasonic or heat into the plastic matrix, or formed during the injection.
Due to the embossing process on the outer diameter of the insert, it forms certain friction and bites force with the brass insert after forming, which can be fixed on the inside so that it cannot fall off. Has a certain torsion and tension.

Check your size b4 buying. They come in lengths as well as thread size. Worked great in my application. I used a threaded screw to hold when installing. I didn’t purchase an install tool. Would buy again

These have changed the way I design connections on 3D printed parts. So easy to use, just heat up the soldering iron and press them in until they are at the desired depth. The way they are designed, they lock in tight and do not budge under load. Exactly what I need. They are available in different lengths so just be sure you choose the right length for your project. I definitely recommend these for fastening any plastic parts.

I really liked these. the offset on them makes it very easy to insert straight. I've used these on 3mm acrylic and had no issue with them pulling out.
