it heats evenly and works great for pancakes, eggs, and even burgers. The surface makes cooking and cleanup easy, and the glass lid is a nice touch. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy. I like that it fits over two burners, though sometimes the heat distribution isn’t perfect depending on the stove. Works well on both gas and electric, but I haven’t tested it on an induction cooktop. Overall, it’s a solid option for everyday cooking, especially for the price.

Love that this has a lid! It's a perfect size. We can cook a couple things at the same time and save time and keep food hot longer. Its non stick so easy clean up. We use it almost every day.

I recently bought the Vayepro griddle (with handle and glass lid)and I use almost every alternate day for frying burgers, fish orcottage cheese, toasting sliced bread , pancakes, kebabs (veg or nonveg both) . I find this griddle extremely convenient as I can pan frymore than one stuff at a time with very little oil. It's non-stick,and cooking time is comparatively less on medium heat as I have Gasstove.It's lightweight hence very easy to store in any kitchen cabinet ,easy to clean and handle. I am happy and satisfied after using thisgriddle. Now I barely use my air fryer or multiple frying pans. Iwould highly recommend this product .It's worth it's price.

We purchased this to replace an aging cast iron grill that we kept on the center burner of our gas range.What we like:-Build quality is good. Seems sturdy, lays flat and finish was uniform.- It tends to transmit heat to it's outer edges better. This means more even cooking.- The handles are nice so you can move the griddle around when it's hot and or full of grease.- The size of this one is a little larger than some we've tried. It will hold (and cook reasonably evenly) 6 pancakes at a time.)What could be improved.-The cover seemed like a nice feature but it's just too shallow to be of much use.-Being a non-stick surface, it won't brown food as well as cast iron.

The non-stick surface is great because it makes the grill very easy to clean. Be sure to use plastic or wooden utensils because you don't want to damage the non-stick surface. This is a great pan, especially if you need to cook several dishes at once. Perfect for making breakfast. A good size pan that can cover two racks on a gas stove. I can cook twice as much on this grill at once. A big plus is the lid. Great for pancakes. Definitely recommend
