Installation was super easy. My teenager did it in less than 20 minutes. We love that it has so many options. Aside from bio metrics, we appreciate that we can set our own individual pass code and we can also unlock it using our phones. So convenient and sophisticated! Aesthetically, it’s also great! Don’t think twice, if you want to upgrade your door lock, this is the best choice!

We just installed it and seems to work ok. However, I cant get over the fact that the handleset and the handle lever do not match in style. One is modern and one is more traditional. I just saw another smart lock set on Amazon that has the same handle lever with the matching handleset. May not matter to some, but to me it does. Still mulling over a return.

This keyless lock is hands down the best purchase I ever made! Easily add and erase codes or finger prints, option for temporary or permanent codes. Easily lock the door by holding in the # for 2 seconds.Want to take a run around the block? You don’t need to take keys. Kid coming home earlier than expected? They don’t need a key. Need someone to get into your house? You don’t need to keep a key outside for someone else to find.I have one for my front door and back door. I don’t need to worry about rekeying so they are the same key. I just use my finger print and open the door.And for slightly more than a quality replacement? Nowhere in the description does it say I have to purchase something additional. So I purchased the gateway and set it up. Got almost everything working. The fingerprint pad doesn't work. Company says they will send a replacement. Sent my information and have yet to hear back from anyone. Also, I cannot unlock remotely. I have to be close to the door and on Bluetooth to unlock via the app despite having purchased the gateway. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration and purchase another brand.UPDATE: I changed my review due to customer service. Very responsive and helpful.
