Similar equipment used many years ago, athletes like Vasyl Lomachenko have recently popularized this style of training, where you can now find this simple equipment in the training bags of almost all professional boxers. The concept is simple: an elastic band connects a rubber ball to the fixture on your head. You will then strike the ball while controlling the intensity and direction of your punches. The use of the Reflex Ball does not require any other accessory and is therefore very easy to use, wherever youre training! The Reflex Ball pack includes two rubber balls: each with a different resistance to better develop your reflexes and coordination. The attachment band is adjustable and elastic.

Super convenient, the headband is velcro and easy to size and start practicing immediately and take anywhere.I am a beginner so not hitting hard, but it appears to be of great quality as with most other Venum products I have bought.

Easy to set up and a great, great training tool. I love that they give you two balls and two strings. So fun when you get it down and going.

I expected to love this but unfortunately I didn’t. Felt the string was too short and the ball too heavy. Good for some I bet, but I have very long arms and feel like I can’t get good extension when using it. Decided to send it back.

I've brought two of these venum reflex bag in the last few months the band popped on the first after about a month of use so I attached the ball to my hat then the ball went as well. I purchased another now I'm a little over a month in with the same problem the idea is nice but the product is garbage/cheap.

Sehr hochwertiges Produkt. Es macht auch viel Spaß damit seine Reaktionen und die Hand Augen Koordination zu verbessern. Würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen. Ich verwende es seit 14 Tagen jeden Tag 30 Minuten und es ist wie neu.
