The unit set up easily. I like the design which allows the worms to migrate to the top as additional bins are stacked and the bottoms bins easily removed.The unit takes up very little space and is easily maintained. Perfect for my indoor setup.I had a question about the moisture sensor and found the supplier was easily contacted, congenial and helpful with my questions.I would definitely purchase from this vendor again.

I never leave reviews but this one def deserved one. The product itself is great: easy instructions, all you need to get it started, good quality and great size for small spaces. However, i had an incident and broke a part of it during installation. I contacted customer service to see if i could purchase a part by itself instead of buying a whole new unit just for the broken part. They ended up shipping me what I needed free of charge and everything was taken cared of extremely quickly! Amazing! They were just great! Thank you so much. I def would recommend them and would buy again from them!!!

This little worm bin setup does the joWhy I rated it less than five star - …. When you add a second bin on top of the full bin, the bin on top simply rests on the material below, which leaves air gaps at the top of the lower bin in the area around the base of the upper bin, so the lower bin loses some moisture. This means the material around the top edges dries out quickly.Bit, it works :)

I've had a worm farm for years. The very inexpensive version of tote box with drilled holes. It still did the trick and kept organic materials out of the landfill but was incredibly hard to process and maintain. This is like going from the car I drove in high school ( sorry brown Toyota corolla) to a BMW X6 M class

The parcel was picked up and delivered by an out sourced delivery company and was here in I believe 3days awesome !. Sturdy well packed quite small but I had selected this because of size but was still shocked. It has been 2 weeks and they (worms) seem very happy.
