Works great for students. Keeps the bow straight. I've even had students remind me (by asking if they can use it) when I've forgotten. Easy to put on & remove. Far more durable than the old wire ones I used to use.

Fits 4/4 nicely. Does what it's supposed to. Very light. Not built for long term use, but that's not its purpose. Could use some minimal documentation, but not essential.

At first I was skeptical trying out this product. I'm a violin teacher and I saw a student bought this and he said it really helps him keep his bow straight. I bought it to try it out and I've used it with a couple students now and it does help keep their bow straight. One student even got mad/upset because they were used to moving their bow that it would slide over the fingerboard and bridge. So that means that it works and is building better bow technique.At first when I did open it I thought the material was a bit "flimsy" and weak. I thought it was going to break in an instant. I've used it so far on violin sizes 1/4,1/2, and 3/4 and it hasn't snapped yet. Since most of my students have smaller violins I haven't gotten to use it on a full size violin. As long as you don't pull too hard on it it shouldn't snap. In my opinion the price is a bit high for the material quality of this item but it has helped my students straighten their bow.

VERY breakable. Needs to be reinforced with tape ASAP. Great concept that helps beginners and self taught.

Much easier to install and remove than alternatives. And it doesn't mar the violin like others can. Eventually, I broke it through constant removal, but truthfully, I just taped the arch and the rest stayed in such good shape I didn't need to replace it. Great for a budding violinist.

for $20, this was a waste. It's just a piece of plastic and every time I would bow with it, my bow hair would get caught. I'm a total beginner so I get it. I just didn't find this helpful. I'm actually learning to bow straight better without it

ottimo ma visto quanto amo il mio violino proporrei di aggiungere ,nei punti di contatto, dei gommini per evitare che graffi il corpo.per chi deve impostare l'archetto serve veramente tanto
