Bought these for a cruise my daughter and I were taking, (our 1st) as recommended by some bloggers. Weren't really needed there but were nice to have on hand. I've certainly used them at home tho to hang pot holders, dish towels, a calender and other items on my fridge and other metal surfaces. Heavy duty, tho can be a bit hard to remove. Highly recommend!

Bought these to use on a cruise on the magnetic state room doors. Held everything up very well, jackets, hats, and used to keep paperwork in order hanging on the walls. Magnet hooks are a must have when you go on a cruise, and these fit the bill perfectly.

Actually holds up things that weigh a little bit. Used them to hang Christmas decorations and lights. We even used them to hold the curtains and rods on our French Doors. Works great with no new holes in my doors! Very handy to have around the house!

These magnets are perfect so I don’t have to worry about sticking or drilling to hang my plants. Mind you they are small. They also work for organizing where my trailing plants go.

I use these when we cruise. The walls on the ship are metal and these hooks hold up to 80 lbs. We are able hang our coats, etc. on the wall so it gives us more storage space in our cabin.

I am an engineer, but couldn't come up with a way to get to Half the weight they claim. Small base limits capacity on vertical surface. Direct pull (as from ceiling mount) far, far less than they say. It is Possible that, if you stuck one to the floor, it might support 80 pounds as a "crush" load.
