I had to get someone else to attach the front box, REALLY TINY nut and bolt. Putting the screws in the main box was difficult because the front is too tall, can't get a screw driver in there easily.Too bad they didn't get the photo I took of the instruction sheet showing the screw driver going through the front of the box.

Does not come with pictured return mail flag. Instructions don’t even mention it. They do say to “contact us with any issues†but don’t have any contact information.Screws and nuts are absurdly difficult to attach given that they are microscopic.

I ordered this mailbox to replace the one we have that is old and banged up. This mailbox is a nice replacement. It is sturdy and well made. It is a great size and seems like it will be easy to install. I will provide an update this spring when I actually install it. But, for now, definitely recommend!!

My elderly mother is unable to walk across the yard to pick up her mail so I looked into it and the US mail service will let you apply to have mail delivered to your door! A simple form plus letter from your doctor is all you need to get this set up. Once the local postmaster approves you are good to go and will need a mailbox like this!I've seen standard US mailboxes up close to a house but it looks odd. This box, however, fits right into the decor and is easy to put up and for the mail carrier to use.Only small issue - it is great that is has a clear side window so you can see if there is paper inside but in my case it's facing the road which I can't easily see form. Would be nice if the glass window was on 2 sides.
