It’s a good looking mailbox and well built stainless doors I just have to adjust the top lid it doesn’t stay open if it falls on your hand it’s sharp metal.

Nice looking box. But the front door can be easily pulled open by hand. And you can open the top, reach in and press the lock tab(?) down so it disengages the lock arm. (You can see what I'm referring to in the third picture in the description, on the door.) The lock arm is also very long, which means it's weak since it can be bent easily.And pop-rivet hinges. Really? Not hinge pins, or something else more reliable?This is a large box, which is a bonus, but it's way too easily compromised and I would have serious doubts about it lasting any length of time.This would be a decent $25, maybe $30, box, but not $80.

looks great but a few major flaws:1. Edges are VERY sharp. I cut my finger on the lid when opening it. I will have to modify the edge so it doesn't happen to someone else.2. The large door slams open if it is not locked all the time. very annoying.I would caution against buying this mailbox. If it hadn't taken so long to mount it I would return it. I will have to modify it so it is safe and I will have to keep it locked all the time so the door doesn't slam open when the mail carrier drops the mail in.

Clean sharp look, functional and practical. The size is perfect. I received 4 keys which is great for my dad who’s always loosing his keys! It’s was an easy install however the plastic anchors were cheap. I used some of my own laying around and it worked fine.

We purchases this mailbox for our previous home and loved it so much we bought it again for our new property. We did had a slight hiccup when we went to install the Bailey Box as we found the keys had been thrown out with the packaging. We contacted the company and they were fantastic to deal with and sent us out a replacement key at no cost. I would 100% buy their product again as I love the look, quality and customer service I received.

Expected the product to be more substantial and was a bit disappointed at how flimsy it seemed to be. It is functioning fine, so appears to be fit for purpose. It just doesn't feel like quality for the price.

Pros- Looks great, professional. I'm just starting a Construction and Home Improvement company and the lockbox is perfect.Cons- Uses thin gauge of steel. Suggest 1 gauge thicker. Charge $20 extra but will make a huge difference- Came with scratch on inside. Charge a few bucks more and coat the inside as well- The rotating key slot tolerance is too low. I will have to mount a spacer on the slot, right now the front of the mailbox is moving around. This is a deficiency. Your QA department should be audited- Add thicker rubber stoppers to lid instead of what's currently there. It is doing absolutely nothing. Again, how did this pass QA check?
