My 4 yr old loves using there, they aren't like the color wow books where you only get one use so I thought these were great! We use them for times when the kids have to wait at restaurants or even just slow mornings without TV.

These are so much fun with zero mess! The pens fill up with water and you paint each page to reveal a different scene. I do recommend wetting the tip to get it started if you don't want your toddler screaming that it doesn't work, but it gave me a solid 20 minutes of peace and we were able to reuse them when the pages dried. If your little ones are particularly aggressive with are supplies, you might make sure they don't scream the magic water coating off as it won't work the same afterwards. Also there is not really any scent. That is a bunch of malarkey. Overall good buy though.
