Temperature Function
- In normal mode, the LCD normally displays the current ambient temperature.
- Automatically detect the current ambient temperature and update the data three times per second.
- Temperature measurement range: -50°C to 300°C, temperature minimum display: 0.1°C
- When the temperature is lower than -50°, LCD displays LL.L, when the temperature is higher than 300°C, LCD displays HH.H
Temperature Alarm Function
- Kitchen thermometer default setting alarm temperature is 212℉/100℃, alarm temperature setting range: -58°F to 572°F (-50°C to 300°C).
- When the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature, the LED alarm light will blink for up to 30 seconds and then stop; when the measured temperature does not exceed the set temperature, the LED indicator light will stop blinking.

The temperature reading was so easy to read. I liked how it stayed on the pan. I would definitely buy this again. I didn’t realize that I battery was not included. I’m glad that I had a battery available at home. This worked very well during the holidays making fudge.

This is my first digital candy thermometer. So much nicer than the old ones and works well.

The digital temp works great, but if you are using a shorter kettle, the digital (or top) portion of the thermometer gets top heavy and doesn't stay clamped to the kettle very well.

I have tried numerous thermometers trying to get accurate readings. This one was great and I would purchase again. Easy to see, work and read. Finally one I can count on!
