Works well, accurate. The major problem is that this fell face down while baking, and now it has baked-on stuff all over it that I can't get off without scratching the glass. I also think it takes longer to register the correct temperature than it takes my oven to preheat, but that's not a big deal.

I purchased this thermometer to verify that my oven was set to the correct temperature. The thermometer conveniently hangs out of the way on the upper rack, works great and the large numbers are easy to read.

Item was ordered Nov. 29, received over 1 month later. As per instructions, I washed it before 1st use. This is now useless. Water got inside somehow, you can see water droplets in one of the pictures. The thermometer got foggy on the inside while sitting in hot water making it impossible to read the very thin and narrow red dye. The piece of PAPER indicating the temperature reading got all wrinkly due to the moisture that got in somehow.Very disappointed as I was looking forward to get this thermometer as it was showing larger temperature reading numbers than most other thermometer and it also came with a protective sleeve which I though was a good thing. I would give this product a "0" if I could. DON'T BUY, THIS IS GARBAGE.Will be returning / asking for a refund.
