The socket works fine with incandescent bulbs, but some LED sockets don't fit well and really need to be screwed in super tight too connect and light up. But other than that, they work as they should. Fair product at a fair price. Big box retail stores sell these for double or triple the cost.

These sockets are well made, well insulated and have high quality wire. They are easy to install. I used mine with ceiling can lights.

Cheap hard plastic unlike the soft rubber ones you'd find at home depot or lowes. They work but are they going to make a waterproof seal against the bulb? Not a chance.
