It's a fun craft for the kids . The surface is smooth and can easily be scratched with the attached stick. The kit has nice shapes which are enjoyable by the kids.

I should have read the fine print. I thought this was a great deal to give to 60 kids. Sadly now I have no scratch off stick to give to the majority of the kids. The quality is also not the best. The black scratch off area is thicker than it should typically be. The designs are really nice though

Good value. Wood sticks are sturdy. Only thing to remember is it will make some mess when you scratch. So just be prepared for it. Overall nice activity to do with kids.
