Update a week later: replacement came but once again, the hardware is missing and arrived in a brown box. I gave up on another return/delay, and went to local Ace Hardware, and found a stainless nut, washer and lock washer. It appears that WeBoost is to blame for the misleading picture in their listing. It shows the hardware but in both cases for me, it DOES NOT (see pic). I'm not very happy with WeBoost quality so far.Boosted my cell signal better than the short, basic external antenna did. The all plastic housing is of a huge concern though. I doubt it will last long. As a rugged "OVERLAND" antenna, I think it should've been made with better materials. Especially for the price!PSA: be careful folks. Received this antenna opened, in a brown box AND missing the mounting nut (see pic), which basically means I was unable to install it when I received it. I reviewed the item listed and it DOES NOT indicate that I bought a refurbished or returned item. This should've been brand new, in original manufacturer's blister packaging. Called Amazon customer service, spoke to a rep and she CONFIRMED that it should've been a brand new, unopened item. I ordered it, to arrive on a Fri so I can install it for a road trip the following morning. That screwed my plans to give the weboost an actual overland test. We settled on getting a replacement but will have to be for another roadtrip in the future.

Was not what I needed. Refund not refunded for a Item not used. This is a antenna which needs a receiver. I needed a cell phone buster.
