I’ve recently developed a love for long walks. I used to run, but after 2 babies let’s just say running isn’t as enjoyable anymore 😑. (Mamas know what I mean). So I started doing 2-4 mile walks almost every night and have become obsessed! I wanted to up the cardio burn so I ordered this weight vest.I used to wear my hubbys vest which was A. Too heavy (20 lbs) and B. Not meant for a petite body frame.I got this vest today and just went for my first 3 miles walk and it’s awesome!! It’s super comfy (soft on the shoulders) and doesn’t hurt my shoulders like my hubbys did. It fits my 5’3†120 lb frame perfectly! I also like how the weight is distributed because it makes me stand up straighter.I wanted the 10 lb but it wasn’t available, so I got the 8 lb. It didn’t seem like much at first, but after the first mile I started to feel the increase in my HR and sweat.My only negative is at the end of my walk I jogged a bit and it definitely bounces around if you don’t hold it. So this wouldn’t be great for running. But I also could probably add another bottom strap to fix that pretty easily.Very happy with this purchase!

My vest is comfortable and fits well. The only critique I have so far is the mesh pocket in the back. I wish it was in a more convenient spot on the vest. All in all, an excellent purchase for my workout

This vest smells terrible. I'm afraid it's emitting toxic chemicals. Other than that, it's well made. It fits me perfectly and it's comfortable. It keeps my shoulders back and helps me have better posture. I just wish it didn't smell so bad (like burnt rubber tires).

I really like this weighted vest. I live in London and don't drive so I walk a lot. I wear the vest at the weekend when I am going to the shops or walking in the park. It just adds a little bit more exercise to the walking, which is great. I did not go for a very heavy vest as I thought that would put me off walking. So I went for an 8 pound vest and it is perfect.

It's perfect in size for me. Very comfortable and nice material as well. I wore it walking for an hour and had no difficulty with it at 12 lbs weight. Highly recommend. It's made well.

I decided to start my regular walks with a weighted vest. Did some research and chose this one bevause its not super heavy and it distributes the weight in a very comfortable manner. Its excellent. Walked the dogs and did 5km in it today.
