When I was a kid, my dad had me do yardwork and manually edge the lawn. I know there are easier ways to do it, but I find satisfaction in good ol' manual edging.Works well gives me a feeling I'm actually working.

It comes in two pieces. You just screw them together and it is ready to use. It gets the job done, but definitely take some muscle to push around the edges. Other than that it works perfectly if you’re looking for a cheap way to cut your edges along your sidewalks.

We purchased this hedge trimmer so that we could just trim the grass around our cement patio it works really good and you don't have to worry about plugging it in or using fuel to run it it's just a hand manual tool which my husband likes it's a little bit hard for me to use my hand just gets tired but my husband he's stronger and he really likes it

The easy 1 minute assembly is always nice, but when it came time to edging, this product wasn’t too great.Roots and grass kept getting tangled in the wheel so I had to unjam it every 2 feet. It took a lot of elbow grease to work (and I’ve been warehousing for 7 years so I’m no stranger to hard work)It seems to cut fine for certain grass types but if you have a tough and thick grass, you might be better off spending the extra 100 for a powered edger.

I'm a senior that need to create a clean edge along the driveway and the lawn without using an electrical source. This no nonsense tool was easy for me to assemble and use and take up little space in my cramped garage. Fair price and basic.

And old school type of edger that gets the job done -- with the help of elbow grease. It may not be a battery or gas powered tool, but it does the trick. Edging along the driveway and sidewalk is no longer a chore. This tool was super quick to put together and works well. It does take a little oomph to get it going in more overgrown areas, but once you've got the edge established (future times), it's a breeze. 40 well spent dollars.

Works really well. I bought this one because of the steel (not aluminum) wheel. The variable height is a nice option. Our soil has a lot of clay in it, so having the grass wet before using this tool is highly recommended. It does take a bit of work (no surprise) but nothing crazy. Very pleased with the purchase. Recommended.

It does the job, for me I have only the nature strip to worry about since all my back yard is artificial grass. If you have a small sized area, it can be used to make the edges look nice but for a large area it will be a bit hard.
