This alarm is easy to install and use, the function is very convenient, just press a button, my phone will receive an alert, and there is no need to pay, as long as it is within the WIFI range, my phone can receive alerts anywhere there is a network, it is not limited by distance, and it can be connected to multiple mobile phones. There is a lanyard, which is perfect for people with limited mobility.

I will refer to the care-give-ee throughout this review as the "geezer". It is not said to be callous, nor without love, it's just quicker than a bunch of "he or she" and is an acknowledgement of why 99 percent of the people who would be reading this are reading this. If it offends, well you're probably brand new to being the one that has to care about this, and would do well to spend more time listening and less time bristling.Important things before I talk about this Caregiver Call Button. 1. This unit, and a similar one I already reviewed poorly and now have to revisit, are the first devices of any description I've had that function differently on the Feit Electric app than they do in the Tuya app. If you're using one of the many rebrands of Tuya Smart Life (like Feit Electric), this will not work as advertised. In Tuya, it is fully functional for what it is. 2. Answer a question or two before buying. What is it EXACTLY that you want the unit to do, and what is your caregiver situation? If you and your geezer are in the same house, and they are never alone while you go shopping or whatever, then there are units that are just one or more mobile doorbell buttons and one or more things that make really loud sounds when one of the buttons is pushed, and that's what you should be looking at. If you and the geezer you're worried about don't live in the same house, and/or more than one person in more than one location should get the geezer alerts, then this might be what you want. 3. My personal opinion, based on historical and recent events with my various geezers (living and no longer living) when they push this button to tell you they've fallen and can't get up, the proper thing is to send 911 to their home. Period. Every time. Don't get dressed, drive over to their house, wrestle them up off the floor... Just call 911. And your geezer should have a lockbox with a house key, and their local dispatch should be called in advance and told their address and the code for the lockbox and its exact location. Yes you can do that, just Google up the non-emergency number for the 911 district they live in.Enough of that, now on to the review. If you have smart stuff, web cams etc, you know how this will work. Geezer needs a 2.4ghz wireless network to give this button something to talk to. It will not join a 5ghz network. You set up the button on your geezer's wireless in your Tuya app, show them how it works, and when they press it (only when they're home) you get a push notification, it makes a little alarm sound on your phone, etc.So yes, this does function in some ways like the devices they sell that have monthly subscription fees. This does not have monthly fees, you CAN do this for free if your geezer has Internet and the right wireless network. In other ways it's nothing like those subscription devices. On a dog walk it's useless once your geezer gets out of wireless range of their house. There's no cellular. There's no fall detection, there's no automatic anything. They push button, you get notified, everything else is up to you.If your geezer has a modern cell phone (Android or Apple) and they actually have it on them when they are out and about, then buying them an apple watch or pixel watch with fall detection gives them a lot more stuff they can do with it, a lot more safety when it comes to falls especially, and a lot more ways to contact you, 911, whoever. But if all you're looking for is a button your geezer can push that lets you know they need help, and they have the necessary networking, this actually works pretty well.

XYszpcgs WiFi Caregiver Call Button for Elderly at Home w App Notification, Elderly Monitoring, Caregiver Pager, Life Alert Systems for Seniors No Monthly Fee,Compatible with Tuya Smart/Smart Life APP (1)Before I start my review, I'd like to direct you to the review written by Joseph J Betz. That's an outstanding review for this product giving loads more information than I would have given.I got this product for my mother. She's an elderly lady that lives with me and his a difficult time walking. Her insurance paid for a Lifeline emergency notification button that she enjoyed having until the beginning of this year. The problem with that button was she wasn't careful with it. She'd keep it in a pocket, and it would inevitably get pushed on accident and we'd end up with a yard fulll of emergency vehicles that we didn't need. This thing on the other hand alerts me. I'm never far. Usually I'm either working in the house or in the yard or gone to pick up something from the store. If she pushes this button, I'll be the only person to notice. We're going to set it up so my sister, her daughter, gets the alarm as well next time she visits. This is ideal for our situation. It works well, once it's installed. Installation is easy if you follow the instructions and have a proper Wifi device in the home of the person with the button. The alarm on the Tuya app is loud enough to easily get your attention, and it'll work even if you're not on-site as long as you have a steady internet connection. We tested it while I was away from the home, and it alarmed almost immediately after she pressed the button, so we were both thrilled. It's small enough that she can comfortably wear it around her neck on the included lanyard or keep it in her pocket, as she's accustomed to doing. It doesn't get in the way. We've had it a couple of weeks now and we haven't had to recharge it yet. Of course, we haven't used it that often either. But both Mom and I are very happy with it. It gives her the sense of comfort the old Lifeline did, but without the fear of accidentally calling ambulance crews. Now she just accidentally calls me, and I'm happy to answer. Thanks for reading. I hope my review helped.
