For the most part everything looked ok, but I thought I would verify the order in which the 3 rings of various types was on the shaft. Sure enough, they were on incorrect. This can be a problem when installing if you aren't watching. Just verify before putting together.

What I like about this, is you can adjust the length, by cutting it with a hacksaw, which I had to do. The aluminum cuts nicely, as I cut it exactly the same length as the one that came out, I ended up taking about 2" off the full length, and it's working perfectly!
