Newly installed the toilet, put the water tank lid on and press any one of two buttons, does not flash. Because the button rod is not long enough. It does not reach deep to push water valve down.Can WinZo customer service help me on this?-------Change one star to five star. WinZo customer service sent me a message with photos showing turn the rod to adjust its length. Flash buttons work well after I adjusted them (2 buttons, one half flash one full flash).Actually the Installation Instruction sheet does say the rod length can be adjusted but failed mentioning turning it. I didn't figure it out before I got the service help.The toilet looks nice and we love it.

I remodelled my whole bathroom from A til Z and one of new things of bathroom stuff was this one piece toilet it looks nice but couple things my family and I don’t like it, the seat isn’t comfortable and is to hart to replace it with other one, and installation from behind of toilet is to hart cause this design it doesn’t let you to tied connections like water hose unless if you have more space between toilet and the wall more than 15†from toilet hole & wall ,Again installation both sides is hart cause you have just a small hole.

I replaced the old Two-piece toilet in the upstairs bathroom with this one and I mentioned this because I had to buy a dolly to get the new toilet off my porch and into the house as well as upstairs. Lol. This is my first one-piece toilet and there was no carrying the tank, lid, and bowl up separately. I am a 51 year old female and only 5ft tall so it was a 2 person job to lift it onto the mounted screws on the floor, the 2nd time anyway; ( I got lucky the first time and was able to get it on the mounting screws alone ). That being said, love this toilet! It looks all modern and stylish. It has comfort height seating and flushes well. It has a plastic quiet-close seat/lid & had a really nice skirted look with inserts to hide the mounting screws on the inside the toilet. I opted for the low profile because the sink countertop is built over the old toilet, so finding this toilet under the maximum height I needed was great! Installation was simple, with 1 exception and that is the toilet seat. Getting to that in a second. Even though the the toilet fit with my existing water pipe from the old toilet, It is very snug., and I barely got the water supply screwed onto the new toilet. There were no instructions, with the toilet, but none needed really as it’s a pretty straight-forward process in general. My hitch was the toilet seat, of all things. I had to YouTube the toilet seat installation as it was my first quiet-shut lid and there was extra hardware. Note, normally, the seat would be the last thing I would install but not with this toilet. Here we get into the 2nd time mounting it. Be sure to install the seat before mounting the toilet, particularly with limited space. I had very little wiggle room behind it and because of the closed sides, I could not get to where you bolt it on, under and around the back. So, I was all but finished and just competed my test flush and had to pull the toilet a 2nd time to install the seat, then, I had to get help remounting. It’s always the simple tasks that should take no time at all that end u taking way longer than they should lol. Anyway, the toilet comes with all the hardware you need including a set of mounting screws for the floor, which I needed because I bent up mine trying to line up the toilet for the 2nd time. Also the flush kit is very simple 2 pieces fit right into the tank, one connects to the handle. Note, this toilet includes a replacement wax ring. I had already purchased a non-wax gasket, so did not use it. Wrapping this review up, now. I give 2 thumbs up on this toilet! Very happy with this purchase and absolutely recommend it and would purchase another and just may for one of the other bathrooms. Note, pics will be added soon! Thanks!

This toilet is perfect for the area I needed it in! I recently own a condo that has a banjo vanity and the toilet that was there was too close to the vanity over the tank and not able to remove the tank cover. This toilet has a low back and is now fully visable to see and get to parts if there should be a need. Kelly at the Customer Service end is wonderful, kept me up to date daily with delivery info. I think this company is great! The only complaint I have about the toilet is that the seat is very open and long and I am a small person! Not the best comfort for me! Otherwise its great and problem solved.

The most difficult thing was hooking up the water line. It's hidden inside the cavity where the anchor bolt are at, and it takes a little bit longer to hook it up. But with the anchor bolts and water line hidden in the cavity it really makes it look great ðŸ‘ðŸ». If I had it to do all over, I would definitely purchase this one again. It's worth the aggravation for sure.

Make sure you request the sturdy/hard lid, otherwise you'll get a flimsy plastic one, which should never come with a $300 toilet. Now that they made good on the lid, I love the toilet.

Not easy to install, not enough rooms, the via holes is to small, could not able to push hand inside to turn the nuts to tightens it. it's so difficulty. Why not make the via holes on both the side bigger to push hand inside turning the nuts.

It is a very nice and modern piece, however be aware of the shape and the way the water flushes! It is very hard to keep it clean, the s***t spreads every where and you have to wash it every time you use it!!
