We have been using it since Feb 2022 as a nurse paging system in 3 provider office (12 exam rooms). I am running 2 base units (1 at each nurse station) and the 2 button pucks (call and clear). mounted them to the wall with the provided holder and 3M mounting strips.Pros - setup is very straightforward and simplistic. make sure to follow the sequence correctly. Range is adequate for our needs. company was very responsive to work with. They were able to customize a system that would meet our needs as the standard options did not.Draw backs - It would be nice to have an option to silence a specific call on the base unit without erasing all the calls. more volume options would be helpful. adjustable delay regarding the repeat of the call.improved voice calls (11 = "one one" instead of eleven; 12 = "one two" instead of twelve; etc). One base unit scaled incorrectly past eleven, so pucks 11 -14 are scaled up one. Not a deal breaker as we use visual aides at the room to annotate our needs, but definitely not functioning correctly. Did have 1 puck fail during initial setup, but we had extra so it was not a deal breaker eitherOverall - definitely met our needs and continues to work as designed. room for improvement, but this was the best cost option we had for our clinic. I would definitely recommend to other offices that need an efficient way to notify the clinical staff of needs in a room where direct line-of-site is not possible or feasible.Opportunities - Bluetooth setup and app integration. Better voice announcements. More customization on volume and delay between calls. more functions on base unit to address a single call, when there are multiple.

We love this wireless call bell system in our facility. It is nicely packed and delivered. The call bells are easy to pair with clear and well written instructions plus they have video guide if you have any difficulty pairing with the buttons. Setup is pretty straightforward and the range is sufficient for our facility and the buttons are easy to push. It has been working great for our clients and customers. Highly recommended.

Buttons stopped working after a month. If you need something long term, try something else

System will be used as an emergency alert system for our church. Installed main unit on a blind wall facing away from classroom. With built in antenna extended the base unit was able to be activated from every room in the church through cinder block and stick built walls. The end of each parking lot is roughly 250 foot in each direction from the base unit and could be activated without fail. We like how the alert button comes with a wall mount holder and a lanyard. Mounting and setup is easy with included directions. . Nothing negative to say really. The only problem for our installation is we will have to add an external speaker due to location of the base unit in relation to the classrooms. Would buy again and can recommend

It was not suitable for our purpose even though the advertised range was adequate. The furthest I could get it to work was approximately 50 feet unobstructed. Our building is a wooden structure, so I am disappointed with the result.
