This wireless alert system is super easy to set up. No wifi, bluetooth, or any other connection needed. Literally just plug it in and you’re good to go. The call button is large, easy to press, and responsive. I like the added touch of the adjustable lanyard to keep the triggers with you. The receiver has great range and can be placed essentially anywhere, given it can be plugged into any outlet. There are so many tones to choose from, but I just use the basic chime. This can be used for caregiver alerts, as a doorbell, and even as a simple summoning system.

I'm not a spring chicken anymore, and have some physical issues but still like to remain active. I live with my adult children, on some property and there have been a few times I've fallen outside and didn't have a way of getting help (Fortunately it wasn't too serious) so when I saw this, I was thrilled! It has a very long range and the receiver will alert even at the far edges of the property and beyond! It can be quite loud too!My biggest issue is that it is rather difficult and confusing to change the tones. Take a lot of different button presses to make it stick. I do like how it has a lot of different tones to choose from, some of them are rather comical if you use it for an emergency situations. You can also use it as a door bell if you wish. The other thing that I didn't care for is that the battery in the transmitter is an odd battery and I'm not sure off hand where to get one it to replace them.

I gave one to my mother so that if in case of an emergency, she can just hit that panic button and we will be notified that something is wrong. Super loud alarm....can hear it throughout the entire apartment!! The best is that there is NO SETUP - just plug it in and it's ready to go!!

While not quite at the stage where my husband and I believe we need to wear monitors around our necks, which can be done with this alarm set, we still felt that we needed a way to communicate with our daughter if something should occur upstairs. My husband has had a stroke at home once before, in our upstairs master bedroom, and it was difficult to get our daughter's attention who resides downstairs. I couldn't leave him at the time, and I couldn't get her attention either. She "felt" that something was not right and came upstairs that day on her own, thank goodness. We don't like taking our phones upstairs at night, due to constant calls and interrupting sleep. Then I came across this set and thought they would be the perfect answer for us and our specific situation. They come with the ability to either be worn around the neck with the lanyards provided, or they each have a holder with an adhesive backing. We used that to put one on the wall next to each side of our super large bed. Now, if there is an emergency, we only have to push one of the buttons and it sounds an alarm in the downstairs hallway, closest to our daughter's room. This gives us a bit more peace of mind, without feeling like we need to be monitored all the time, or relent and bring the phones upstairs. Recommend.

Love that this came with one clicker and two responders - it allows you to keep the alarm in separate parts of the house so you can always hear if the button is pressed. Set up was easy - just plug in to any standard outlet. They also look nice, and have lots of options to make it sound like a doorbell or a little song, as well as volume adjustment. The alarm button also has a sticker on it if you wanted to put it on the wall or you can wear it around your neck like my grandma does to make sure it is always close by. Great price for something that can make such a big difference in keeping your loved ones safe!
