the pad was good, but the finger protectors smelled awful. had to let them air out, not sure if i want to use.

This is a nice size and shape but it's only for sturdier needles as it is so tightly felted that the detailing needles bend easily in it. Sometimes I am detailing an ear or a flower and want the flat surface but I go to my foam blocks then even though the size isn't what I need for comfort... Needles bent = $ wasted Did we learn that in math or economics?

Very sturdy, good quality felting pad. I don’t think I could go back to foam pad felting.
