Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation.This is a great luxury bidet! Its design is sleek and easy to clean.The preexisting water supply in our home came without copper piping and it had to be fixed before installing the toilet.Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality.The operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience.Flushing power is great as well as functionality. Great purchase and no regrets! Overall, an outstanding product.

Fabulous toilet! I know, it sounds kinda strange but it truly makes a difference in how we feel. Much cleaner where it matters, incredibly reduced paper usage and it is sorta fun to use. The automation of a toilet we experienced in Japan was eye opening. The Woodbridge is every bit as functional as the crazy expensive units we recently enjoyed in Japanese hotels. Auto lid opening, night light, heated seat, super quiet, auto flush, sturdy as can be. It's perfect.

During our master bathroom renovation, we didn’t plan on upgrading to a smart toilet but we are so glad we did. It is a wonderful luxury that we all deserve and we couldn’t be more pleased with the Woodbridge smart bidet. We wanted a smart bidet toilet but didn’t feel a top of the line Toto or Kohler. Woodbridge seemed like a good compromise compared to less expensive smart bidets on Amazon.We have absolutely no regrets. You do need an electrician to run power to the back of the toilet which is an extra expense that needs to be considered.The toilet has a foaming agent that you can purchase which is expensive per bottle however it does seem to last a long time. The foaming agent seems to reduce odor and definitely helps keep the toilet clean (no toilet bowl ring between cleanings).The bidet works well with decent pressure that is adjustable. The air dryer is a nice touch if you are thinking of going completely hands free but takes time as would be expected and not something I have patience for.My only negative complaint is that after the auto pre-rinse that occurs when you sit down on the toilet, the toilet hums a 60hz hum that I’ve been hoping is just something that can be disabled using the remote control but haven’t figured out how yet.The toilet is a game changer (and a good conversation piece at parties).

We just installed this new toilet and love it! Looks great, was easy to install. Everything you need to install is included, and it worked perfectly. Love the features, temperature control for seat warming, water temperature and air drying, auto features such as auto open/close and auto flushing. Great customer service!Highly recommend it!

Good packaging was evident based on no damage to the bidet despite the abuse the outer box obviously received during shipping. Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation. As a handy man, I was fully prepared for any installation issues. Of note: The preexisting water supply in our home came through the floor inside the footprint of this device, so it had to be relocated. Even so, a couple hour later, the new water line was installed and working. Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality.The appearance and operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience. We have yet to try the foaming wash feature as we await the cleaning solution delivery.The single serious complaint is the small lettering and black letters on the dark background on the remote. It is difficult to read in a dimly lit room. I suggest larger letters and much more color contrast in the lettering.Overall, an outstanding product.Edit and update: Woodbridge was kindly attentive to my review and has promised to provide a remote with more easily viewed lettering, apparently black lettering on a white remote. In anticipation of the extra effort on their part, I have changed my review to 5-stars as this was my single complaint of any weight.The device continues to operate well, and we are happy with the excellent product.

Purchased this bidet for a bed/bath remodel. I'm sorry I waited so long to switch to this bidet. It is amazing! Fully customizable - seat temperature, water temp, air flow, and much more. It can be used hands free by using your foot to open/close lid/seat. Night lighting is so nice. Don't have to worry about turning the light on. Cleaning is a breeze. The flush is very powerful and the bidet is easy to keep clean. I'm not sure what is not to love about this bidet. Installation and operation are straightforward, and the instructions on how to operate are clear. I'm going to change all of my toilets to this bidet.

Our previous non-Woodbridge bidet failed after 2 years. Did a lot of research to find a new one. This new Woodbridge bidet is great. Better overall quality. Like the chair height. Quieter. Customizable features. Heavy (which is good). Very nice appearance. Remote isn’t backlit and lettering isn’t very distinct from glossy surface. Hard to read in dim light. Overall, very pleased.
