Do not buy is bad heater I turn on all night all day and still no heat not good they should pay my electricity bill

We have had our pool heater for a couple months now. We live in Pennsylvania where it can get cooler at night and weather isn't always sunny. This heater had kept our pool at 90 degrees (where we have it set) and has worked perfectly every time. Our filter pump is a little less powerful now, but it hasn't seemed to effect it's ability to do it's job. I would definitely recommend this product. It has given us the ability to be in our pool every day so far this summer! Our pool is 5300 gallons and we turn the heater on in the morning with the pump and it is usually 90 by the afternoon. We also cover our pool at night.

My husband has had trouble hooking it up to the pool so we haven’t even gotten to use it.We can’t find the right hoses to fit to help make it workI can’t read it because, we haven’t been able to use it.So to send this review, I have to hit a button. It might be good, but we cannot seem to hook it up. So I will hit one star just so I can send my review but pay no attention to it.

I have a 6200 gallon above ground pool and it works good. It stays between 85 and 90. It works better if you have cover on it to hold the heat. The weather is crazy here, warm during the day and cool at night and that is why I got it. It is a bit hard to put together, you have to buy extra plumbing pieces, but well worth it.

It heats but very slowly. And when it gets cold it can’t keep up with how much the air cools the water.

I was hesitant to buy this heater due to some negative reviews. I took a chance and got way more than I bargained for. I've had it for 2.5 months now in Michigan and it heats a small 2,000 gallon pool incredibly well, and is much cheaper to operate than the multiple gas heaters I had over a 10 year period. The gas heaters were so unreliable as well and needed yearly repairs. Without a heater my pool temp would stay around 70 due to virtually no sunlight. With the heater, it's easy to hit 90+ degrees as long as you give it some time.

E3 error with no user manual was frustrating at first, but I’ve figured out that you need to turn the pump on first and let it run for a bit before turning on the heater. If the filter gets full and the water flow slows down, I get the e3 error as well. But a quick filter change and we are back in business.It brought our Colorado pool up from 55° to 74° in one day. Not maintaining temp over night yet, but it’s still too cold here for that. Expect it to work great once our overnight temps come up in the summer. Makes the pool tolerable for May in the Rockies, so definitely worth it.
