This is my first earpiece and I've always had headsets that cover both of my ears as I work in a call center. The microphone picks up your voice very well and my colleagues have told me I sound very clear, loud, and crisp. You are able to really customize the fit since it can expand upwards and you can put it on either of your ears. It charges magnetically which makes charging a breeze. I'm considering getting the charging stand so that I just have to plop it on there. One thing that I think is very strange is the plastic ear tip that goes on your ear. I'm not sure what it was meant for but it's not comfortable at all. It feels very weird to have that plastic piece right on the outside of your ear. I think I'm considering getting some sort of softer ear tip.

I absolutely love this whole workstation and ear piece. It is very light weight sitting on my ear. I have actually drove home after work and forgot to take it off!

The product page and all the documents indicate it will work with a desk phone, so imagine my annoyance when the headset would not connect. Whats more, the device came with a USB-C cable and the quickstart guide indicated that there would be a USB-C to regular USB adapter, but there was none. I am incredibly disappointed in this lazy documentation. I am returning the headset.

I bought the BH71 Pro USB-C:Good: Sound and mic seem great. My voice doesn't carry and people can't always hear me on my Ipods Pro - they can here me with this headset, probably because of the mic boom. Bluetooth (not the USB dongle) connectivity works well with my Iphone and Laptop.Bad: The USB-C dongle does not work well from my new laptop (not sure about other devices) - connection fades and drops about 5 ft away from laptop. The battery is pretty large to have behind your ear and feels odd. The headset doesn't hug close enough to my head and feels like it's always going to fall off (I have never worn a headset like this so maybe this is common to all models - not sure). Plastic ear tips come off easily and I lost the size I needed after the first few uses.I planed to return this after the first week due to the ear tips falling off and it feeling like headset is always going to fall off... but I sat it down and forgot about until 31 days after I ordered it; I let the 30 return date pass.Overall: I would have given this 5 stars if the fit felt more secure to my ear/side of my head and the tips didn't come off so easily. The seller was great.. they get 5 stars.

Love how compact and lightweight this headset is. It comes with a battery case for on-the-go charging and a usb adapter. If you have a phone with USB-C, you can use the adapter instead of bluetooth. It feels like a high-quality product when held. Recommended!

I have two phones, an iPhone and a Pixel. Every few minutes I hear "phone one disconnected". Two seconds later "phone one connected". Phone one is my Pixel. Since it works fine with my iPhone I know it's not a hardware issue. I need to get a firmware update because it's extremely annoying and bothersome. Otherwise I like it. Very impressed with the battery life.

Works very well. I can sit beside someone talking and the mic’s cancel it out. Great battery life. In ear fit is a bit wobbly but fine when sitting.
