It functions exactly as intended when paired to my office phone. I am able to answer, decline, and mute calls with ease. The sound is clear on both ends. The battery lasts all day, and the range is amazing. The Bluetooth stays connected whether I’m in the break room or down the hall in the bathroom. The fit is very secure. I don’t have to adjust it throughout the day to prevent it from slipping off my ear. Best of all, I love the design. It looks so much better than those clunky, call center headsets. Definitely recommend.

I have been using this for work and it has been great! I personally do not like on the ear headphones so this was a great alternative.My only complaint is it can be a little tricky getting it to cooperate with all programs on my pc at times but overall great product.

It doesn't really hold in my ear like my Samsung buds or others do. After speaking for while it sorts of work it's free and is just sort of hanging out there loosely and kept in place by the over the ear thing. This might be a user error but I'll have the dock connected to my phone and computer and call switching work great between the 2. But if I play say music on my phone it will play on the speaker unless I have my phone connected just to the earpiece. I should be able to dictate both to not use the speaker, there should be an option to disable that altogether.

I bought this to replace or compare to the poly 5200 that I've used for years.The noise cancellation does not work at all, even in a quiet area folks had issues hearing me. The connection to my phone also kept dropping out.

The Yealink BH-71 is a massive upgrade from the headset I was using before. Sound quality and call quality are stellar. It charges fast and holds the charge for my whole workday. My only issue with it is the fitting of the earbud. Yealink went out of their way to add a lot of features for proper fit and comfort yet the actual rubber earbud (probably one of the cheapest components to fix) has caused me some pretty bad inner ear chafing after the first week of use. I'm using the smallest earpiece and it still cant get a comfortable fit. I'm starting a long work day today and it actually hurts to wear. If anyone from Yealink reads these reviews, you should fix this!!!

I bought the ones that connect to your computer to use for work. The sound is great on both ends! Many people have told me they could hear me way better than when I was using my Apple AirPods. The noise cancelation is great! The earpiece isn’t heavy and fits comfortably so I can wear for long periods without it bothering my ear! The mute button is a great feature, if you forget you are muted then start talking the ear piece will let you know you’re still muted. Distance is great too, I’ve walked all over my house while on a meeting and there were no connection issues!I am extremely happy with this purchase!!! Highly recommend!

The Bluetooth worked great for about 6 months until the Charger decided that it no longer wanted to work, and since you can only charge it with the case there nothing you can do to work around it. Went to the companies website, less say that was very unhelpful. So if you do purchase this item make sure you buy the extra warranty because you may need a replacement charger about every 6 months or less. Also make sure you do not sweat/ get the wetness on the ear piece as the charging port will rust.
