I have used several conference phones over the years, both wireless analog and wired digital IP based units. This one rates at the top so far. Built in mics do a great job of echo cancellation, so even if you are 8 feet from the unit, it still sounds great(minimizes tunnel effect). The navigation on the menu is intuitive and was easy to setup. The phone functions great using a single wired POE network connection. Also purchase wired extension mics, but may not need because the pickup with the built in mics is very good. The phone also has the option to load Microsoft Teams firmware to work directly with MS Teams conferences. The price was very good and works perfectly with our Zultys based PBX.

I can see why they discontinued this device getting teams to work on it is difficult even after updating firmware. I don't recommend

I am changing my star rating to one after originally giving it three stars because Yealink doesn't have just poor support they have no support - One of the two units I purchased the touch screen went bad and I created a ticket with them - I got a response that the ticket was created but heard nothing back from them. I updated the ticket stating that I haven't heard back from them. I got another email stating that they received an update to the ticket but no response back. They will not respond to their own ticket generation so zero support!Update - I returned the product but never received a replacement unit or a refund - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I bought this and spent hours trying to make it work. It would not boot up. Just showed a circle rotating endlessly. Finally had to return it and, while the return was "approved" they have yet to refund my money.
