This bench is an incredible value for the price! It’s sturdy enough to handle all my workouts, whether I’m doing flat bench presses, incline exercises, or even step-ups. The durability is impressive—I’ve been using it regularly, and it feels like it’s built to last for years.One feature I really appreciate is the textured surface, which provides excellent grip for step-ups and similar exercises. However, it’s not the most comfortable for extended sessions when lying on the bench, so I simply throw a towel over it, and it works perfectly.I’ve recommended this bench to several friends and family members, and they’ve been just as happy with it as I am. It’s a practical and reliable addition to any home gym setup. Honestly, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat if I ever needed another one—but with how durable it is, I doubt I will!If you’re looking for a versatile and sturdy bench that won’t break the bank, this one’s a winner. It’s made my workouts so much more effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The Yes4All Multifunctional Aerobic Deck is a great alternative to the $200+ Reebok deck. I use the deck for a variety of exercises with PowerBlocks and resistance bands. The deck has slots for resistance bands but can only fit 1-2 bands if you require more weight. There are 3 incline options and the bench is sturdy in each position, but there are other benches that give more incline angles if that's something you're looking for. The only complaint about the deck is the nodules all along the bench, but this is easily remedied by placing down a bath towel folded in half long way. I'm sure you can DIY something by prying out the insert and cutting a thick yoga mat to size, but I haven't gotten annoyed enough to do it. Still, would recommend this bench for a home gym.

I bought this for the wife. We both use it. Very versatile little bench at a much lower price than many other brands. Definitely worth it if you don’t have room to set up a proper bench.

Great versatility but when the red legs are pulled out it doesn't feel sturdy/balanced enough to do step up's or cardio like moves. Bummer because everything else about it is great!
