We have 20 YoLink temperature sensors. We put one under every sink, toilet, fridge, water heater, washer, dish washer, under the house, etc. The devices detect water quickly and accurately. They are also rugged, compact, and nice looking. Setup was incredibly easy. The app is great. We get phone notifications and emails (depending on my setup) as soon as a leak is detected. In fact, we had a slow leak behind the washing machine, which we discovered through the device.We purchased these leaker sensors because of their excellent ratings to protect our home. Once, before we had these devices, we were out for a few hours. The valve under a toilet cracked slightly and water started leaking. The carpet and padding were soaked. We dried and shampooed the carpet, but the carpet smelled bad for weeks, and we had to replace it.Customer service is excellent.We are very happy with the YoLink water leak sensors. They are essential for protecting our home from water leaks. We also have other YoLink devices and are happy with all of them.

I bought this system in addition to the set with the hub as we had a few water leak problems in the past. It's easy to set up and doesn't give false alarms. I place them under the water lines for the toilets and faucets. The only problem is if placed in say a cabinet and the water is a slow leak and it doesn't pool where you have the sensor, well....It takes some thinking on where to put them. I like that I get notifications on my phone instantly.

TLDR: These are *AWESOME*!!!!!!!!I have to admit, I was *really* skeptical of the "YoLink" family of products when I bought them. It sounds kind of hoaky and well, I didn't think it would work all that well. BOY, I WAS WRONG! I bought a YoLink Hub with leak sensors and bought this 3-pack to protect extra areas of my home. About a week after installation, they went off when my water heater relief valve let go and the water got shut off immediately so that the flood was very limited in scope. These devices are awesome so far, and I am so glad I have bought them. I also bought sensors for my refrigerators and a water shutoff valve motor that automatically shuts the water off to my house if a leak is detected. I can see the status of my home from anywhere that I have cell signal!Installation: Couldn't be easier. Get the app from the app store, click on the "scan" button and scan a QR code on the back of the device. It gets added to your YoLink Home, and after you power it on, you get instant feedback as to the health of the device, the health of the connection, and the status (alarmed or normal). 10 seconds per device to install. You can name each one, organize them into rooms, and many other options.Function: I tested the leak sensors by licking my fingers and bridging the contacts with my wet finger. Each one I have bought has alarmed on all of the sensors on the device. There are two sensors on the bottom and one on the top (cleverly in a little "cup") that would hold water if it were spraying everywhere.App: The app is pretty decent. I get a dashboard that lets me see my whole home at a glance. There are a few confusing parts, like Scenes, and "Automation" which are not immediately obvious. But they have a few videos that help and their customer service was pretty responsive.Range: I have a sensor in the basement freezer and one in my kitchen refrigerator. While they aren't horribly far from the hub, they have full strength signals despite being in cold temperatures and inside the refrigerator boxes.Battery Life: I cannot comment yet, but they are not replaceable and are supposed to last 5 years. I hope that's true. But even if they last a couple years, the disaster they save you might be worth it.Installed locations: Under each bathroom sink, Under kitchen sink, Under each toilet tank, near my washer and dryer, behind my refrigerator (icemaker has leaked before), Near my boiler, near my water heater, near the A/C condensate pump.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my YoLink system. This was well worth the money, especially since it already saved me from one bad flood.

Works as described. Good range. Price is good and will save you a ton by detecting and alerting leaks. It works with Google home, and I can see a leak condition detected in Google Home - however I can not find a way for Google Home to alert me on leak detection. I do get an email and an alert from the YoLink app when a leak is detected

The water sensor work well, easy enough to setup, both the physical product and app. Highly recommended. When submitting the phone number for sms warning, it took several trys over couple of weeks to be able to submit the phone number, seems like the servers have limited capacity, but have not had a chance to test if it works or not. Overall, the sensor and the app work well.

Works well once reset to Europe wifi but it would not connect with their European/UK hub without a fair amount of resetting and liaison with tech support.I was expecting this so was not a problem for me.

The hub and temperature sensors work well and are connected immediately. I purchased the 3-pack water leak sensors but did not realise the difference between UC and EC on the labels. UC does not work in the UK; you need to buy EC. I contacted tech support, but after an initial hello, I have been ghosted!

Love this product. I started with a few now I have over 12 in my home. Extreme accurate and easy to use. Cost effective way to save a world of headaches. I love that it has sensors on the top of it and on the bottom (floor).Battery lasts a very long time, small design and the app is easy to navigate. 10/10 product.
