While chamfer bits are mostly used for edging, these bits can also be used to create mitre joints of various angles. Some of the available angle degrees are 11.25°, 15°, 22.5°, 30° & 45°. Cutting these angles into 2 adjoining pieces of wood will create mitre joints of 22.5°, 30°, 45°, 60° & 90° degrees respectively.

I've purchased a few from this brand and I'm surprisingly happy with them all. For the price, I expected to be disappointed, but they seem to be good quality and performed well. Time will tell but so far so good.

To round these handles, I set the 3/4†bit to cut 1/2†deep. The cut was so clean I believe I’ll leave them with the octagon shape instead of using sandpaper to make them round. What ever you do, don’t try to take the whole bite at once. Take a little at a time and finish with the bearing on the object’s surface. Blade made large wood flakes off dense, treated lumber. Glad I purchased the slightly more expensive product. Worked well.

Like the title says, it's a good quality bit for a good price. The question is, who long will it stay this way/ I'm hoping quite a while.

Good router bit for the price - well worth it for a profile that I needed, but will only use occasionally. 15 degree cut, take smaller bits and it worked great. Not for heavy industrial use.

Was re-doing my fence and rather than cut a 45 deg chamfer free hand using a circular saw on nine 16ft 2 x 12 rot boards I decided I could just use my router. This bit worked great and gave a clean cut even on pressure treated southern pine.

Easy to use and control and cuts well on all types of wood. For the price it’s good but not sure how long it will last.

I wanted a 15 degree chamfer bit for a specific task. I had never heard of this make and was a little dubious. However, noting it had originated in the US rather than elsewhere I took the plunge ( pun not intended ). The quality seems every bit as good as those I have seen from an established UK manufacturer. It has performed very well so far giving a clean smooth cut on an oak board. I have a steeper 11.5 degree one on order and expect that to be as good. No hesitation to date on buying from this tool brand.

Decent router bit for the size and price. Did well in my handrouter on a merbau solid table top. (Which is pretty hard) and even on end grain aswell. The only issue was that the opening on my router need to be made wider to accomodate the bit. Not a huge deal, I had to file down the aluminium casting a little. Not the router bits fault, just keep in mind.

Very good value for money. As with all lesser known brands it's hard to determine how well these bits will last in fairly constant use. For the average home handyman or jobber these seem to be well-suited. The carbide cutters are well-formed and under magnified scrutiny appear to be nicely machined. Chances are that better known router bit brands may well be made by this same firm and sold under house brand or other names. I have no problem buying them and recommending them.
