I assembled a floating floor over 1/4†plywood to make a floor protector for a space 8x4 feet with rounded corners going in and out and around the legs of desks with this bit. Generally the synthetic material on these vinyl hybrid flooring planks tend to get gooey due to blade heat but the the router bit was very sharp and the bearing kept a nice even space possible which allowed me to avoid overheating the material. This bit is a great value.

In the first 10 mins of use, taking less than 1/4 off MDF the first couple of cuts were great, and then the bit burned up and the bearing seized. RPMs were medium, feed slowish...
